Parents Now See Meeting Times While Picking a Conference Day
Before this update, parents chose a conference day first, then discovered what time slots were available. For families juggling work schedules, school pickup, and sibling activities, that sequence forced unnecessary back-and-forth: pick a day, find out the times don't work, go back, pick another day.
Time-aware day selection in the booking flow
Day navigation in the parent scheduling flow now shows available time slot ranges alongside each date. A parent can see at a glance that Tuesday has slots from 3:00–7:00 PM and Thursday has slots from 4:00–8:00 PM—before committing to a day selection. This eliminates the back-and-forth and reduces the number of abandoned bookings caused by time-slot mismatch.
For schools with complex scheduling structures—multiple conference nights, hybrid in-person and virtual events, or staggered breaks—this improvement is especially valuable. Families get the information they need to choose confidently on the first pass. See also how PTC Wizard handles staggered conference breaks for more on scheduling flexibility.
