Event Times Follow the School's Clock, Plus Directory and Class List Fixes
Three quality-of-life improvements that address specific pain points reported by schools and registrars.
Time zone accuracy across the scheduling interface
Time zone accuracy: Event times throughout the scheduling interface—invitations, confirmation screens, and printed agendas—now follow the school's configured time zone rather than the server's default. Schools in Mountain or Pacific time zones no longer see event times offset by two or three hours from the local clock. This fix applies to all display contexts: parent-facing, teacher-facing, and administrator reports.
Directory navigation improvements
Directory navigation received targeted fixes for two reported edge cases: duplicate entries that appeared when a student had multiple active enrollments, and a sorting inconsistency that placed records starting with special characters below Z rather than at the top of the list. Both issues affected schools with large directories during pre-conference roster verification.
Class list accuracy
Class list display now correctly handles classes where a teacher is listed as a co-instructor rather than the primary teacher. Co-instructors now appear in the class entry rather than being omitted from the roster view. For schools using team scheduling, accurate co-instructor display is important for confirming that the right teachers are included in the team configuration.
