Korean language support and a checklist for new locales

Korean-Speaking Families Can Now Use PTC Wizard in Their Language

For Korean-speaking families, conference scheduling in English adds an extra layer of friction to an already busy season. With Korean now fully supported in PTC Wizard, parents can navigate booking, read confirmations, and manage their agenda in the language they use at home.

Full Korean language coverage

Alongside the Korean locale itself, this release includes a checklist for administrators adding new language locales—covering which interface strings require review, how to validate translated copy in the booking flow, and how to notify Korean-speaking families that scheduling is now available in their language.

Korean joins a growing list of supported languages that includes Spanish, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, Russian, Ukrainian, Uzbek, Urdu and Wolof, and others. Schools with significant Korean-speaking populations in communities including Los Angeles, New York, and New Jersey will see the most immediate impact. Contact your PTC Wizard representative if you'd like to confirm Korean coverage for your district's specific configuration.
