Agenda drawer polish, reliable tours, and Japanese locale refresh

Smoother Agenda Drawer, Reliable Onboarding Tours, and Refreshed Japanese Copy

The best product improvements are the ones users never have to think about—because what was janky is now smooth. This release focused on three areas that generate quiet friction.

Guided tours and mobile agenda

Guided tours are now bundled with the application rather than loaded from an external source. Tours that previously failed to appear in certain network environments or browser configurations now launch consistently for new users—reducing the number of administrators who skip onboarding entirely because the tour didn't show up on the first try.

The parent agenda drawer has been refined for mobile. Scrolling, tapping, and navigating between meetings on a phone now feels intentional rather than approximate. Schools with high mobile traffic from families—particularly those where parents book from Android devices on cellular connections—should see a meaningful reduction in booking-flow abandonment.

Japanese language accuracy

Japanese copy throughout the interface has been reviewed and corrected for accuracy. This matters most during conference nights when families rely on translated text to navigate scheduling without staff assistance. Mistranslations erode trust—corrected copy restores it.
