Mid-year roster changes are a fact of life: teachers move between grades, students transfer, and class assignments shift after the start of school. When those changes happen in the SIS but the parent portal continues showing the old teacher list, families end up scheduling with the wrong person—and discovering the error on conference night.

The parent portal teacher list now fully refreshes after a roster sync. Teachers who have been reassigned, added, or removed appear correctly without requiring a manual cache clear or support intervention. This applies to all sync methods: direct SIS integration, OneRoster, and manual roster uploads.

For schools that run multiple sync cycles per year—particularly those that re-roster between semester one and semester two—this fix ensures the spring conference list reflects spring assignments, not fall ones. Run a test booking after your next sync to confirm teachers appear as expected before opening registration to families.
