OneRoster Version Display Improved, Plus Smoother 'Add Meeting' Flows
Two friction points that affect different people—but both during the parts of conference setup that should feel routine.
OneRoster version visibility
Schedulers and registrars now see OneRoster version information displayed clearly in the integration area, so there's no ambiguity about which version of the spec your SIS connection is using. This matters when troubleshooting a sync issue with your SIS vendor's support team—being able to confirm "we're on OneRoster 1.1" immediately narrows the diagnostic conversation.
Smoother add-meeting flow
The add meeting flow—used by staff to manually insert a booking on behalf of a family or to add a slot that wasn't originally on the schedule—has been revised to reduce the number of steps and eliminate a confirmation dialog that served no purpose. Staff who frequently use this flow during conference week will notice the improvement immediately.
Both changes are part of ongoing work to make the configuration and scheduling interface faster for the people who live in it. For related improvements to how class and roster data displays in the interface, see the classes-based directory update.
